😭😭😭😭😭
i'm not really sure how to feel about my life right now..
i use to have a nice orderly life with most things going as planned, but now everything is going to shit because of my actions.

my grow shed is EMPTY because i dropped the ball.
and i mean EMPTY!!!!
i feel really sad and need some emotional help here people
come to think of it, i only have 1 room to veg and flower in.
so it was a good chance to clean the shit out of everything and seeing as i had 2 days off it worked out good.

As a staff member I would expect a higher standard of comedy than puns. 😂
Your expectations are too high....if you dig a ten foot trench and crawl under a pregnant ant with a top hat on you'd probably be setting them more correctly in line with our 'staff' folks

It’s not that she’s so bad, it’s just that she loves me and nobody else. And I do mean, nobody else.
My Gram had a cat like that, loved omly her and thought she needed to protect her from any other human that entered her house. Gram was fully blind and in her 80s, lived alone and kept up her home that her late husband built back in the 50s. The cat used to hide behind shit with the sole purpose of attacking, and not in a playful way. When Gram died, we took Mitsy, the cat, and drove 6 hours from Connecticut to upstate NY with an extremely angry elderly cat and 7 year old me that begged my dad not to leave her behind, reconsidering my petition for the demon cat. She never really came around, she'd let me pet her occasionally, mostly she just hid and hissed at people. She'd sleep with me sometimes, but would attack if I moved. You would have thought she was feral, not my sweet Gram's baby. She ran away about 6 months later, probably in search of her beloved human. 😞

Kind of like my reaction to organ meats, souse loaf, or the label on a package of scrapple. Mmmm….. NOT!!
Well, that's not even food.......;) , although on a rare occssion I could have some good liverwurst, or patè.....

Mayonaise gets to me too. Who decided to take raw chicken fetuses with placenta and whip it into a cream.......I don't know, but especially mayonaise from a deli or restaurant....I have no idea how cold they keep it or how old it might be. It has a few necessary places, like on a BLT or Turkey sandwich, but I'd rather make it myself. My Godmother, who was Greek......I guess she's still Greek....used to make mayonaise. That was excellent.

So things like potato salad, macaroni salad......I don't trust anyone's tuna salad. You want to make mayonaise cause you trouble, mix it in a bowl with fish and leave it out for a while.....

Cats can be trained, but it's different than dogs. Dogs are more predictable. Cats have their own personalities and ways that need to be worked with. And it can take a long time. All 4 of our cats were completely different. Tiger was very sensitive and timid. We got him from a shelter as a kitten. Oscar was the complete opposite. We rescued him from the street downstairs at our building. He was bold, messy, and would sorta kind of attack Tiger.......it took time, but they became tight. We got Stacey from the woods around my Godmother's house in Pennsylvania, and she may have been inbred. It took a while for her to get the litter thing down.......Cali we got from around my Dad's house on Long Island, a stray had a bunch of kittens and he got them all, including mom, had them all fixed, and we got Cali. Cali was really small, timid, but her and Stacey were perfect for each other. Suddenly Stacey was a mom.....

Training cats is more about vibes, and letting them come to you and figure it out. Talking to them, treats and praise at the right times.....

Now that we have a house and things are finally getting settled in, we'll get a dog soon enough, I need to make sure we're prepared. But when I say we're ready for a cat like, today.......I wouldn’t be surprised if that happens by the end of the week. Losing all of them was tough in their own ways, you all know how that is, but losing Cali was extra rough. She was a sweet little girl, particularly close to my wife.....she represented an end of an era for us, passing just as we bought the house, she would have loved it up here. And we've had cats since we started our lives together as teenagers in '86 with Tiger. So there's been an empty space for us these last 2 years.

Morning all!
Still working the grow today. It’s a rainy gloomy day outside the grow room, think I will just stay in there all day!

We have a lot of work to do. Now that the big lights are up, I'm ready to select the best 20 and transplant.....so time to do the final closet clean-out, put the mylar up, transplant. And plot the next phase. Today will be a big work day.

Funny...I love caring for my single lady in the tent. Something tells me that if I had 20 ladies in five tents, it might be a little more work. LOL

GOD BLESS YOU CannaGranny!

I truly wish I was there to help. I not only could ease your burden, but I would learn many things in the process.

Hey, Scotty...beam me there now...Damn It!

Good luck and have a nice day.

Best to you.

I have a recipe for French potato salad that uses olive oil instead of mayo. Plus a ton of dill weed and fresh basil. And crushed garlic. Killer grub from Ina Garten.

Fur babies are the best, I had a big Boi named Scotch, his mama was named Butterscotch, same pretty beige color. He lived to almost 18, I had him since I was 12... was more like a dog than a cat, took walks in the woods with me, played fetch.. much like my boy cat now. Here's a pic of my old boy Scotch that was taken the summer before he died. He's buried down by the river under a special tombstone I hade made for him. Hard losing a friend after almost 2 decades, even if they happen to be covered in fur. View attachment 1338545

Hey Gday ....Figure I'd get in on potato salad....We had some made with beet juice on a jungle trip in Costa Rica....I guess Mayo is out at 95f with no air conditioning...odd looking purple salad but tasty anyways.

I live to serve.
BTW, it should read “rice vinegar,” not “rice wine vinegar.
I eat potato salad Hot Dogs...baloney, salami, Pastrami, Roast beef, ham ect slices rolled up with salad in the middle... a little pepper some napkins and I'm good. add beer and look out I could be at it a while..

Recipe copied and sent to boss lady...haha.
Summer is coming, and along with it, is this salad and BBQed assorted meats...with Sun Tea on ice. Would love a beer, but alcohol gives me an early onset of hangover symptoms. One beer and a half hour later I feel like I had a long night of drinking...lol. So I will fill my lungs with Sativa, while getting everybody else an ice cold one.

Best to you.

Ya that's me too I can't drink anymore but I do like an ice cold Bud on a hot summer day. I like the long neck talls in glass bottles. I drove for 15 hrs and paid over $200 Cdn for 48 American Budweiser a few years back....about 750 km......

The Border guard didn't believe me either....He said you are not driving all the way from Nova Scotia to WalMart for a case of beer......he said in a firm voice I laughed and said you sound like my wife......

He looked confused and said how long are you staying in the US I said 1 hr.. He said you'll have to pay duty.....Yep $12 a case....he said enjoy your beer and waved me through....

I was hoping they'd just wave me back into Canada but nope they hit me hard with duty and taxes but I had my beer 2.5 tanks of Gas and a long drive....Id do it again on a hot summer day, start at first light and get back around sunset.

So, I had a surprise today. I up potted all of my cupped ladies and found this. I thought it was two different plants, until I got down to her, and hmmmmm.. Two main colas on a seedling? I kept looking at this plant thinking man it’s going to be a big one. Can’t really call it a twin as it’s a single tap root. It has three main stems! Kind of nutz.

Yeah what he sez! Such a sweet sort, you are. No worries tho, I never look at it like it’s a burden, unless.. I’m hauling bags of soil upstairs! Then I complain and fuss a bit 😂
But, beam on up anyway, I have homemade wine and a Yamaha flattop 🥰
