Question about plant growth during age

It’s been a while since my last grow (years) and I remember tangerine dream being a kind of lanky plant to begin with but do these look like an okay size for being 3-3 1/2 weeks out of the seed?

Yeah they seem fine to me. Personally I would be uppotting soon but some go much longer in the cups than I do. If you are feeding fertilizers you should be fine.

They are doing well. Might want to up pot them soon.
