Whats up guys. Im 2 days behind before week 5 of flowering. i fed these girls last april 30 ( GAIA 2 8 4 + Calcium Nitrate + 3 3 3 ) i started noticing some leafs turning like this. is this normal? am i lacking nitrogen? or nute burn?

oh btw when should i stop feeding them? i did watch Mr.Canucks grows for his strawberry cough strain. he said to stop feeding it at week 5 and just flush them for the rest of flowering?

So you water/feed every 8 days? I flushed mine for 5 days since it was my first time running them and didn't know exactly when to flush, I'll probably do 10 days now that I have a better idea when to start.

sorry idk what happened to the thread it turned like that.
I think a lot of people don't flush anymore. It's been debunked. Imo I would never start at week 5, they still need nutrients.

If anything just stop feeding the last week or two, but don't flush them with excess water unless you accidently overfed and are trying to wash some out. Just start feeding less instead of washing away what you just gave them. It's backwards and makes no sense.

Ninja,

Just asking.

The practice of flushing never made any sense to me. The only things you might flush “out” with water are unabsorbed nutrients in the apoplastic space between root hair cells. Kind of silly to think that by flushing a plant roots with several volumes of water it empties the mysterious vaults loaded with unabsorbed nutrients located somewhere else in the plant.

I ask. I like to hear the responses. Cheaper than buying comic books.

Zill.

Is this chart for an auto or photo period?

If he’s week 5-6 with an Auto what product mix should be used to get that mix?

When should yellowing leaves like above be considered normal at the end?

What flowering week do you stop feeding?

Flowering periods are the same for auto, what makes auto an auto is the fact they flip on their own automatically. I feed up until the last week and my last week watering is water only but don’t flush my soil. I try and have healthy green up until the very end.

You'll control the ability for fungal issues to take hold by keeping the environmental variables in check AND keep air flow moving through the plant. There's always a danger especially when you have 2 plants touching. However, its also not guaranteed you will have issues either.

Nice looking grow ... job well done! Just keep controlling the environment and be sure the leaves are dancing in a gentle breeze.
