What silica amendment do you recommend. It’s not just for enviormental stress. It’s builds a stronger plant. I’m sure you know

I have used mono silic acid, it’s readily available and it is a really low dose, been a while but I think I was using 2.5-5ml per gallon. The product is called Stout MSA, made by the Alchemist. It helped push through a couple summer time indoor grows where I was seeing mid ninety degrees in my tent and lung room. The buds and stems were definitely harder/denser than previous grows without.
