That I’m not sure, I know we can block hormone production to reverse but I don’t think there’s any way to start hormone production in male plants

i had one mAle long ago that spit out some female flowers at it's tips.

You could probably spray a male with ethylene dilluted in some way and get it to grow female flowers. IF* they could actually produce seed, it should be 100% male i would think. The female flowering hormone IIRC is just ethylene. And male flowers are just mutated female flower ovules, ut the mutation is caused by the lack of a hormone. Theres actually more to the genetics of a male then a female. Technically its already just a mutated female naturally. There's just less to it's hormone systems.

But within every male is a female plant essentially, it's not actually the other way around. The more ya know i guess lol.

Female hermies are more evolutionarily beneficial though. so makes sense theyre the usual.

At most hell have some itty bitty tiny white thing. maybe a hollow whitey or two. It wont impac the quality of the flower at all though.

If I had 3-4 weeks to go yeah for sure I wouldn’t have put them on there, I mean the cali blues could be pulled today if needed but I’m not worried still got 10oz of her from the last plant I harvested, then I have her, plus the outdoor. Not to mention I just trimmed up a few gallon jars of Frostette… gunna have enough bud to carry me for a few months so I can play around. Haven’t starte th topic yet but some fun is incoming, got a collab started with @RoyalQueenSeeds new topic will be coming up probably in a few days, but I can say I soaked the 2 seeds (1 of each) and both had tap roots showing in the cup of water after 12 hours, poked in a shade today (24 hours in soil) and yep I see the apple fritter just bellow the surface, the Trop cookies purp shouldn’t be far behind she had a tap showing too

My outdoor cali blue dosent have a single bug on it, kinda weird actually but I love it she looks even better in the sun vs my LED grown clones much darker, no mag def indicators, can’t wait to hit her with the Maui pollen I got a good feeling in that cross, hope I can get 2 buds fully seeded 100 seeds would be sick

Those real old-school sativa's are the most pest and fungi resistant plants I have out there. The Columbian cross is the same. Bugs and fungi aren't much concern to those plants.

I expect similar from the Cali blues I'll have outside next season.


None of these have been sprayed for anything at all thru flower so far. And you can tell they're happy about that looking at em too

Today was the last goat shit and compost tea's most likely. Coast in to the finish line if all stays smooth. most of what i put down mid summer should be pretty much fully available now.

Yes! I love it. I actually gave away maybe 30 cuts as I was working on "cloning experiments."

I say that, but in reality... I was expecting some not to root, and some how 100% of all cuts, 8+ cuts off 8 plants..

One of my friends got a bunch, but his cats went nuts for the cb. Killed both the cali-blues phenos day 1. some of that's on him, but they didn't touch the cheese, North Thunderfuck, or either of the banner phenos. He's calling them "Big Brucie" and a "Little Brucie" lol.

Gonna give the Tammy plants some love. They seem like they're gonna be pretty damn dank.

But terp profile is straight coffee and stem structure is straight Derp. So they're probably cookies plants, and I'll prob be giving them away because I tend not to like flowers that put you in a bad mood for no reason the only cookies pheno ive ever truly loved is tucked somewhere inside that Peace blaster Colombian cross like 5 gens back though lol.
