Maybe we shoudn't thrash the thread by altering the language;)
I miss that great German bier.

this is absolutely a proper derailment for this thread hahaha! 😂

Oh shit, it is Valentines day, I forgot, fkn hell.

now I need to come up with a plan. oh, fk me.

got an idea.

yea you are correct.the sistem does 5ppm and then adds back 15ppm of something its not much but its supposed to make the water taste better i dont know but i like the idea

Could be a calcite filter like I bought for my system, It 'polishes' the water to make it taste better and adds back a small amount of Mg, and Ca. I got that one as it was lots cheaper than the good one that along with those two minerals also adds K and P. We are all plants it seems. :)

I have hypotension so need extra salts along with caffeine to maintain a normal blood pressure. For ages I've been adding a couple shakes of table salt and a few of pink Himalayan sea salt to my mug of RO water. Doesn't taste salty but sure tastes a lot better. I had a bone density scan just a couple weeks ago and really should get that pricier filter to start adding some bone back and already take cal/mag supplements along with K2 and D3 to help get the Ca into the bones where it belongs.

Don't use the re-mineralization filter. You can simply leave it off and bypass it.
Remineralization filters add back unknown amounts of calcium, magnesium,
and other minerals, making it hard to control nutrient levels precisely.

I have done a great deal of research into this and the overall consensus is to
not use the Remineralization filter for hydro or aquariums.

You can see by the results of my grow that I know somewhat about what I'm
talking about. (Now if I could only get a spine and lung transplant so I could
stand up longer & take better control of this overgrown jungle) 💪 🤜😆💨

ps. Oh, they are slow. You'll need a garbage can or barrel with a float switch.
I run an air stone & small circulation pump in mine which keeps it nice and
fresh and oxygenated. Maybe overkill, but it works.

I also have a sump pump hooked to a smart wall outlet that I can turn on
and off with a phone app. The pump has a lay flat garden hose attached,
running from my bathroom to my grow room. (the hose was $50 bucks,
made by gorilla, and is soft and lays flat when not in use, I just leave it
stretched out), I go through 10 gallons per day and about 60 gallons on
"flush day"; this setup makes it very convenient as I am unable to carry
full 5 gallon buckets any more; hell, I can barely carry myself.

This site has a no politics rule. With that being said I guarantee all of your sources are propaganda. It doesn’t matter what country you’re in it is all state run propaganda if you are watching legacy media. Ever see the montage of multiple stations stating the exact same thing word for word?
And the truth shall set you free 👆🏼

Ok. I just replied to a post of tRump dancing so now I know not to.

Other than our local news mostly for the excellent weather report I don't watch much legacy news nor frequent conspiracy sites of any ilk. I do like the PBS Newshour and BBC News America for fairly balanced reporting of the day without a lot of talking heads.

I'll stick to relative topics for now on.

Bet you don’t know what strain Michael Cain is smoking in that meme.

That's my mostly italian collection of caps. Some greek, portugese should be in there, too.

I befriended a Bavarian guy back in 2016 who was over here in the states for a similar trip to what you’re planning, except his goal was to flyfish across the country. He had to have his good old fashioned Bavarian table beer so we found it at the local grocery store

I just grabbed some the other day for nostalgia purposes.

i liked a lot of beers in England. good stuff. I just checked out the Boddington's Pub Ale, looks good, but i don't recall seeing that when i was there from 1988-1990.
A friend from high school introduced me to bodingtons, it was a cream ale if I remember correctly, and had the little co2 cracker in the can that activated when you opened it, sorta like Guinness.
