It surprises a lot of Americans how big Waylon, DAC and Willie and so on, was in Sweden. Sweden even had a few bands of their own I remember. Anders Osborne comes from the same village as me. Never met him, he was off to Nashville already by the time I discovered my "Dad's music".

Appears the forum was down for a spell...good morning trainwreckers. My girls are getting ready to up pot.

What’s your primary way of cooking it? I’ve taken one with a bow before and tried an Italian dressing marinade and then grilled it, wasn’t that great.
Anyway you cook chicken you can cook rabbit. I have my favorites, buttermilk fried, pot pie, stew, smoked, and pulled rabbit sandwiches. But there's a ton of ways to cook it.

For tree rats and garden thief's I use the same prep.
Place rodents in Dutch Oven and place an inch of Chicken stock or broth in oven.
Poach at 200 degrees for an hour in a preheated oven.
Then you can do anything you want with it. You can fry it with a coating or grill of oven bake with veggies. The gammy will be reduced and it will not be impossible to dry them out but you will really have to work at it.
Btw chicken too.

I guess there’s also going to be a bit of a difference between rabbits from the wild vs farmed rabbits too. I bet a slow or low heat cook would have been a better way to cook it.
