Hi everyone, I'm new here & happy i found this forum : )

My questions are :

I've read that high CO2 level such as 1200 - 1500 ppm can increase room temperature & humidity level too ( but on the other hand you can grow at a higher temperature on higher CO2 level )

And that the plants will absorb more CO2 at higher temperature like 80f-85 f' / 26.6-29.4 c' when the lights are lit up ( which i think is high anyway, might be wrong ) as the leaves stomata's open up more & that as long as you have proper ventilation while keeping humidity in check you should be fine, do you guys know if this is true?

Thanks a lot for taking the time : )

Never had any issues with temps and humidity as a result of co2. Should have that room air tight to properly run co2.

Thanks for taking the time, i don't have any issues either so far! But i think it's always good to ask others : )
It is air tight : )

When I first added CO2, I read in another forum that 85+ was essential to reaping the benefits. I wish I had never read that, I ended up with issues crop after crop. I would recommend mid 70's.

Thanks for taking the time! Yeah, i agree with you i think it's asking for trouble raising temperature this high!
Running at 71' - 72' at the moment and everything is fine so far! Was asking this to make sure i was not wasting CO2 or missing something & you know we always try to improve and get the most out of our set up ; )

It also depends on your lighting. With old fashioned HID lights you’re better off at a lower temp. With high efficiency LEDs you actually want a warmer temp as they don’t get as much infrared light which keeps the leaf surface temps and their metabolisms up.

It was actually quite a shock to me when I found this out. I was used to keeping the temps in the low to mid 70s and all in the sudden when switching to quantum LED boards they weren’t happy anymore at 70-75 degrees F. They wanted to be in the upper 70s to lower 80s. I don’t use CO2 but I’m sure the same principal applies.

Makes sense tho! As LED produce less heat and don't penetrate plants as much as HID or HPS (i think, from what i understood anyway)
I'm using digital double headed HPS 1100w and keeping the temperature around 70-71 like you used to do with a whole LOT of airflow!! Trying to keep humidity around 50% had a long veg and my genetic produce big flowers, so i'm careful with high temperature & humidity!

Out of curiosity what led Compagnie do you use? Spectrum king led ?
