What I’m using:
Hydroguard
Botanicare silica
Maxi bloom dry nutes from gh
Botanicare cal mag

Since I started using this dry nute I lowered my cal mag to 1ml per gallon in 5 gallon solution that’s inside a 12 gallon hdx tote.

The cal mag and silica make up about 200 ppm and the dry nutes make up 600 ppm for total of 800ppm.

My ppm wil go from 800 then stop at 6 something and ph will not move after that. But I added more cal mag last night and it started eating again....

My top off is in PhD ro water with hydroguard that’s at like 7.0 ph from tap.

Why is it stopping after a couple 100 ppm and not doing anything for days after?? Just phand ppm stay stabilized not one budging up or down....

Good Question! I Hope you don't mind me climbing on your train. I "think" I understand what is going on, but would like to know what others think. I am glad to see someone else having the same issue and there is a community discussion about it. At least i know it is a common issue.

I am having the same issue but only during flower. Everything went as expected during grow. My ph is stable at 5.6 (i let it rise to about 6.0 or 6.1 to cover nute take up spectrum. Using RO water; My average ppm is 1100-1200 I let it drop to 7-800 before reapplying. Temp is stable at 64-65 degree (F). The four plants use about 3 gallons of water a day. Cabinet temps is usually around 90 (i know too warm, but the best i can do for this run. ).
