Weird Ass Seedling

What are your guys' thoughts on this weird seedling? Think it will do anything? Seems to be a tiny bit of growth in the middle, and it's growing, day by day. But kinda don't know what will happen. I didn't do anything to it, literally just also noticed the second pic while I was posting this. Shoots from the cotyledons??? It's a Mozambiquen poison.

I have 2 this year...one snapped out of it..the other not so much
one just did it genetically I think and the other was from a helmet head seed not breaking open

I have had one 5 pack of seeds that grew 2 seedlings like that. Well sort of like that but similar.

They eventually grew normal but it took an extra week or two.

I dont know if it was grower error or if the pack was damaged somehow in transit from spain but 2 more didnt sprout at all and one was slow but normal and is growing now.

The growth below is encouraging...I think! I have seen a few and most remain gimpy and die off at some point, but as someone mentioned, they can recover. If it is a birth injury...a physical defect or injury can affect a lot of the developing plant. Genetic issues usually don't resolve and they die off.
I am growing some Malawi strains and the seeds were tiny compared to most. They hatched quickly but then developed very slowly and somewhat like your pictures. The are still lagging a LOT behind other strains, but they are making progress. From my experience, they will eventually catch up.
