Sour diesel seedlings are slow to get started but starting to gain momentum. I hope these become trees worth all the effort and coddling. Big bag is still cranking out the frost. No inputs in a long while. Stay safe out there people.

Some pics from my grow. Sour diesel seedlings are still only outing out 3 finger leaves and are a bit leggy. But who cares. Everything else is moving along nicely. Big bag is still cranking out the fire and I’ve got two in FFOF in flower as well. Stay safe people.

I have a question...I notice you just cut the bottom of the cup out and plant it...what is the purpose of that? Is it to not disturb the roots? Or is there some other reason for that? It obviously works extremely well as your grows look awesome! I love to see and learn new techniques.

Hey BogartAmungus. I use the rim of the cup as a label/collar that stays with the plant after it is uppotted from the solos. Thank you for the nice compliment and for looking in at my grow.

Just a couple pict to keep track of things in the big bag. It’s crazy. I specs almost no time in the flower tent. Plant & harvest. A bit of water every few days. Veg gets weekly ipm, constant fucking with clones and repotting etc. in flower tent I peek to see everything is jake splash some water and dip. I’d say may daily average is 15 min in veg 1 in flower. All those separate pots and cups to water.

Just ounces and ounces of top notch bud with not much effort. Good luck in your endevours and hit me up if you need help/advice. Do you still live nearby? I highly recommend “New Farm” in Orleans for supplies. Anyway, Cheers.

Finally got the first Sour Diesel Veged, copied and in the bag. Hope this strain was worth all the hassles. Definitely finicky even disregarding the fact the first pack of seeds yielded zero sprouts. The clones put out roots in five days. Fastest I’ve ever seen. Dreaming of diesel.

A look at the bag. Things are smooth. Finally got some barley ground for the worms. 5lbs sprinkled on top should keep them wiggling. Had a timer snafu and the flower tent lights didn’t shut off for a night. Fuck! We’ll see what repercussions that will bring.

I really fucked up the second Sour Diesel. Broke the main stem and caused huge stress. I jammed it in the big bag. We'll see if she recovers. Scouting for problems from the light snafu I perpetrated last week. Veg seems to know it’s spring!

Interesting times in the Big Bag. And everywhere for that matter. The Sour Diesel has totally monstered and no matter how I bend and break her she still wants into the lights. The Tropicana cookies which is the other monster in the tent has thrown some nanners out. I’ve picked them off but I’m also interested in what happens if I get a little pollination. Wouldn’t mind trying a Tropicana Widow. Or a Sour Cookies. Or a Tropicana Peach or a chem Og cookie. We shall see.

Been a busy and strange summer so far, so it’s been a while since I updated this thread. But I’d like to share that 1. Big bag continues to put out bud with very little effort on my part. I did finally get round to getting some barley in for the worms, but other than that it’s just harvest after harvest. 2. The Humboldt seed company California Sour Diesel is a great cultivar. I got a bunk pack and had zero germ out of ten. I thought that was crazy but Seeds Here Now didn’t and sent another pack. I’ve germinated two and have just gotten to taste the cured bud from the first seed to take. (I was 2 for 2 with the seeds from the replacement pac). It came out great. Really stinky and full of fuel. Crazy blue color to the buds. And the high is just like I remember the old school Diesel that came round 20 or so years ago. It is a really strong, but “up” and creative high. I can wait to try the second plant, which has some slight differences in appearance. This winter I’ll sift the rest of the 10 pac through, but I’m already pleased with the product. I also pulled 4oz of big buds (larf Is for the worms) off this plant which is exemplary for my rig.
Well, happy farming everyone. Peace out.
