Shit is getting a little out of hand in the veg tent. This was a few days ago even. Approx 60 days. Maybe? Thinned em out a bit but still too much for the 2×2. About to bust out the 1k and flower everything. Need more led to cover everything. 😄😄

here's a pic someone might be interested in
Root mass pictured left to right

left....veg 2 months before flip....solo cup cup,1 gal, 2 gal
middle...veg 2 months b4 flip...solo cup 1 gal, 2 gal , 5 gal
right....3 month veg........."" ""

clearly, a big difference......will correlate dry yield numbers when dried......

so the reason of this thread was looking at the Viparspectra P series.....I think they are okay for the Veg stage, but could use some help in the flower.....this is why I was curious as to what the new series was putting out for light......there are many apps for smart(dumb) phones for lux meters to give you idea of where they fall....I had noted that the P1500 was only putting out 10,500 for lux.....

I'm jw because that is so far from my experience at 12-18 inches that I'm curious why it's happening. Small tent too of course. You're right, that lux number is way low.

About 15k at 30inches, 30k at 20 inches. This is directly under the light. This is a really sloppy video attempting to show what I did to just measure. Sorry for the messiness of the floor.

This is a dumb thing to ask, but you do have the dimmer up to 100%, right?
