Noticed this white fuzzy-looking mold on two plants yesterday. Not much change overnight but I am going to change these 2" collars out for clean larger ones to help support the plants. Any suggestions for treating the mold before putting clean collars on?

I did a res change 5 days ago. I am using RO, GH trio +calmag and si, and hydroguard. The first few days the res was clear, but today I found this film floating around in the res and on the pump filter. Can I get some help identifying this, and whether there is anything to do besides a res change?
