Wow, thanks for that link that was very helpful.
How do I know what are safe levels and what aren't? I know it's going to be very hard to find NDL products when growing organically.
The Down to Earth Kelp Meal is loaded with Arsenic! and i have been using that!

I change filters as recommended by the manufacturer. I also check PPM regularly to make sure its still keeping low PPM. But seeing you say the manufacturer recommendations are lower then they claim i should change them sooner.
I have been dealing with high heavy metals in my finished products. Specifically Arsenic and Nickel
During the bloom and veg cycle, I do 2 compost teas that have kelp meal in them.
I also do 2 feedings of 5:2 Humic:Kelp, in which the kelp is a light feeding.
So throughout the plants entire life...
I did do a test run foliar of Zn, Mn, and Fe. As that is what my SAP test showed I needed to add to the plants. When I did this I also transplanted into new soil in 60 gallon raised beds and moved the plants from Veg (LED) to Bloom (DE HPS). The plants now look great but I don't know if it was...
I can definitely agree with this. I wasn't stating that no matter what organic growing produces x or y comparitvely to synthetics. There's many ways to do it and it all comes down to how well do you do it.
My whole issue is I did this same organic method for many years, worked great! The. I...
Well there's a big difference in overhead cost comparatively to synthetics, especially using advanced nutrients. I used Advanced nutrients probably 6years ago. The results were great. But now I'd rather produce a cleaner product by using organic growing methods. You may get a half point better...
Thanks for the input.
Do LED really change the way the plant uses nutrients? I have been googling to find any info on whether I need to change fertilizer program while using LED but however I cannot find any articles on it. If you know of any send them my way please.
I do not know the exact %...
I as well have a water-only soil but I add food every now and then. I haven't been lately because of these issues I'm scared I don't want to push too much nitrogen or phosphorus, etc. Except results show low zinc, manganese, iron. I'm going to do more foliars of that and see how it goes
That is one of my thoughts as well. Maybe they are eating more than normal with the lights and raised co2 levels.
The 2 middle pics are in the beginning stages of the issues. They start to get pale and eventually yellow.
Hey everyone. I have been dealing with some plant issues recently and I just can't seem to figure out what's going on. The most recent SAP analysis showed I was low in Fe, Mn, Zn.
My vegetative room has (50) Jungle T5 48" lights.
I use organic living soil with a coco base.

I am debating whether to use a NG Generator vs a MicroBulk Tank. I have a commercial facility and I want to make sure I have a clean quality end product. My facility has a 2000sqft bloom room and a 750sqft veg room.
Is one or the other cleaner for the end product result? Ex: does a generator...
