    How long has the rootballs been sitting out? You can compost them adding some green and brown and let them sit for 30 days. After that add some worms and you should be good.

    Kelp and alfalfa would be good. I would also get some corn and lentils for sprouted seed teas. Depending on where you live I would pickup some rock dust... East coast - granite dust, west of Appalachian - basalt dust, everywhere else Azomite.

    If you have the cash I would buy the x600 DIY build from Chilled; that version is $999. You have significantly more headroom if you want to push CO2. A bar light gives better uniformity vs panels. Lastly, the Chilled light has a greater efficacy.

    What is considered a good price range for living soil ingredients without shipping: Neem meal Kelp meal Crab meal Gypsum Basalt or Granite dust Oyster shell Biochar - I will likely make my own but currently under a burn ban I am looking to buy local if the prices are not too inflated.

    Total newb here. On the hunt for something, anything, to help with severe insomnia. Did the psych doc dog and pony show, sleep doc used benzos for two years, but I have hit a roadblock. Sleep drugs are now hit and miss. I believe I need an Indica strain but not one with a massively high...
