The container says 2ml per litre. I add 1 ml per litre. But how often should I use tarantula and up until when?

My plants are about 5 inches tall and I use phlizon Cree cob 3000 watt led lights. They pull 600 watts from the wall. Currently I'm keeping my plants 35 inches from the light with 24/7 light schedule for now. Is 35 inches close enough? Or should I lower them further to around 30 inches...
