There's more than one way to skin that cat! Whatever works for you. I personally cut the whole plant, hang upside in the dark or a tall box with a bedsheet over the top with a ceiling fan on low. I don't have a set time on drying. The plant is ready when the plant is ready (I'm never in a rush)...

It is a blanket statement. It's a blanket process. This has grown the world over. The only thing that has changed is people's patience. When was that chart made? Recently? Yeah, people have been curing cannabis to excellence way before that.

After drying, buds feel dry, but they arent, which is why the curing process is even considered. Some people can wait for maturity, some people can't. I wasn't even talking about the weed in the previous sentence.

Also when you use two scrogs, do you use different sizes? And which one goes on top?

I am my names sake lol but I chop em down like you did in your pic. I leave on the sugar leaves, defoliate the rest (dried trim is an alright smoke while you wait). Drying time depends on volume and you have a lot! If possible space them out some, you need air flow. Wait at least 2 weeks then...
