I water it maybe every 3 days usually when the soil has dried out. Daytime temps 20C night time maybe 12C. Humidity always around 30%

I’m using a potting mix I’ve made with 30% perlite. And I have a moisture meter that I’m going off in terms of watering. I’ve been watering another seedling the same amount and had no issues with that one.
