Hey everyone I'm new to growing. I've got my plants in 18 inches of good soil then gravel underneath that. I'm being told so many dif answers from people on how much to use. The water is ph'ed from 8.2 down to 6.5 (lemon drops) ...1 gallon per plant/per day? Any advise is appreciated

I just put this fence up. I'm worried about two things! One is the amount of sunlight with this thick/wide fence (not like chicken wire-thin) affecting my yeild possibly??? Not 100 percent sunlight hitting them...(I do no) Second is will they have enough room in there to fully grow...or should...

So I made a garden with 18 inches of good soil and right below that is gravel. Am I ok...or should I put more then just 18 inches
