It seems every crop I have 1 plant that yellows prematurely. I think it's God's way of keeping me IN MY PLACE. LOL

Worry not, they are great lights. They are not the newest or the cheapest or the best, but the are solid, reliable and perform very well.

Look for Flying Skull "Nuke'm"....... same product except the company recommends a reduced concentrated spray. I questioned both manufacturers, they said it was the same product.

There's a couple products that are very similar on the market, all citrus based........... There are some citrus based bug recipes on the internet, fairly easy to make. But by the time you are done buying everything, etc.- it's best just to buy one of them and be sure it's safe and won't hurt...

How high are your lights above the canopy?????? I'm guessing that contributed to your stretching.

Without light, spinsosad breaks down very slowly and traces can be found over 161-250 days later. Under light though, it has a half life of up to 16 days. I would think it would still be measurable for at least 40 days, if not longer. Hard to say or tell you the right thing to do.

These gnat zappers are also effective, they use UV to attract the flying critters. They work best when the lights are off or are put down low below the canopy. I have one similar but there's a 100 different ones.

The purpose of the preventative is so you don't see any signs of bugs/mold/mites.......... and don't forget the "Tanglefoot" at the base of every plant to stop anything from crawling up the stem coming out of the soil.
