I've been under these lights a lot lately then going into complete darkness. I have a torch and still can't see where the hell I'm walking once the lights go out, I've walked into walls thinking its a door before.

Ok now winter is coming we're having trouble keeping temperature above 18c/64F in the dark period. Somone I work with has decided its best to turn aircon off and heat the rooms up an hour before the dark period. However hes heating them up to about 34c/93F, I think thats bad. Which is worse...

Hi, currently lights are on from 10pm to 10am but I want them to be on from 10am to 10pm whats the best way to make the change. I was thinking of just leaving them in darkness for an extra 12 hours for 1 day.
