feedback from electrician or someone who knows about grow setups elec

My suggestion when dealing with three phase..hire an electrician. Besides..what home has three phase power? Three phase is THE BOMB and using it will save you cash on your power bill but in order to do that you will have to run 277v ballasts. Galaxy makes them. But you also need three wire...

Thanks for the tip solidarity. I figured that we would spray maybe 30 minutes before lights on and never within the last couple of weeks. We haven't had too much problem with mold even though it is in the PNW. We spray in early veg with eagle 20.

We have one of those huge foggers. It's pretty money..thing draws 7 amps! Anyways, it seems to me that you don't need to spray the underside of the leaves so for the $100 it will cost to set up the system we are going to give it a go. We use cocowet as a surfactant. Works pretty...

    Trellis building help???

For what it's worth. I use 1/2 metal conduit. Bend the corners and hold them together with the conduit splice things. Then zip tie 2" x 3" poultry netting or hardware cloth to it. I found PVC a little too flimsy when things get bigger. I hang mine from the ceiling to easily adjust height...

Thanks for the input. So, like most things I have learned about weed growing, I turned to google scholar. Found some interesting research papers and what not about the role of stomata. And then a light clicked on in my head. There is such a high negative pressure at the stomata entrance and...

    New Aqua Pore Defusers

That is an old myth that it's just the disturbance on the surface that distributes oxygen. Air bubbles passing through the water column have a much greater concentration of air than the surrounding water. Thus, due to the concentration gradient difference, oxygen is entrained into the water...

Hey Gang So I was posting on a thread on how to raise humidity using the little misters that they sell at big box stores. They are tiny and connect together using 1/4 tubing. Anyways, we do a fair amount of foliar spraying at different times but it's mostly kelp extract, beneficials, and a...
