im growing in a comp case and i need as many tips and tricks as i can get. growing in soil, from seed using 65w flood light red to blue spect. case is 2x2x1

i am growing in a computer case that is about 2x2x1 and i have a 65w flood light that goes all the way into blue spectrum from red. trying to achieve a see of green. feel free to leave tip and tricks.
