If you think about it, that makes sense. The chilled water is traveling through the plant, then eventually being transpired out of the leaves. It creates an evaporative cooling effect, kinda like a swamp cooler.

I've been curious about these lately. Do they do anything special that a cheaper waterfarm or DIY bubble bucket can't do? Still trying to figure these things out. I can't find much info. Has anyone started a log with one of these yet?

It's actually a great method with the right strain. It sounds like you have not researched it at all. This is a 12/12 from seed grow with nirvana NL.. finished in 54 days total.

They do tend to look a little light because of the warm bulbs in this T5 for some reason. Once the light turns off the leaves look darker.
