    Monkey paw anyone?

A lot of BS indeed. Back then all diesel meant was something shipped north in a gas tank.

    Monkey paw anyone?

Both local buds and import bricks were called redbud back then. Basically anything with red hair. I had access to locally produced redbud around then. This old timer had said it was bag seed from some Panama Red circa 1978. I know he crossed it later with an NL5 male. I wouldn't be surprised if...

    Pineapple Chunk 70 days

The room is looking nice. How was that Dark Star to grow? It looks like it made some nice nugs.

Smoked Dry: Massive Marijuana Cultivation Has ‘lethal’ Impact On California Water Supply – Study

An indictment of cannabis growers without any mention of all the water wasted irrigating big Ag farms? I think this can be filed under horse shit.

    Here you go.

    Michigan... Strains, pics, and whatever!

I've been running a Chem 4 dominant pheno from Divine's Chemical Romance for several years now. It has been one of the greasiest, dankest meds I've run in 25 years.

    Just bought a worm farm.

I'd check with the instructions the equipment comes with first. My understanding of vermicomposting is you can shred strips of newsprint to use as a bedding material. Only use black and white pages not color and not glossy pages. Add some crushed egg shells and keep it all moist but not too wet...

    Flushing for Taste

The Earth Juice Bloom can crash your ph, try aerating it for several to 24 hours and the ph will moderate some. What strain are you growing? I have had great results using nothing but EJ nutes and Roots soil. I am not using the EJ nutes currently but I'd suspect the lack of flavor may be more...

    how much compost?

There isn't a cut and dry answer. It depends on what the existing soil is like and what you want to grow there. For a simple veggie garden and assuming you have average draining soil you can mix 50/50 compost and existing. This should give you a well drained soil with plenty of organic matter...

    Roots Organics Greenlite?

I've tried the Greenlight from Roots. It should be compared to soil-less mediums like ProMix rather than to organic soils. It's very light and drains very fast. You can almost expect to have to water every single day. At least I did most of the time. I found it to be a good product just not...

Slow growth ????? Or bad seed ????

A 3" tall seedling under 1k? Kinda overkill at this point. Plenty of light is needed but not that much. Anyway, the seedlings can't put out new leaves until it has the roots to support them. Often when we see slow growth from seedlings or clones it's because they are putting their energy into...

Neem oil is killing my plants

As other have already said, Neem should only be applied with th lights off and enough time for them to dry before the lights come on. Basically, try to apply at "night" in your garden. This is the biggest problem I have seen with Neem and it's really only an issue because there is nothing on...

    Chemical Romance from Divine Genetics

Looks like I only have an early flowering pic of the whole plant from about day 40 and one closer to harvest. Honestly though, the growth habit of everything was very similar in structure with only minor differences in internodal spacing. The difference between the phenos largely came down to...

    Chemical Romance from Divine Genetics

Yes I do. However, I need to fix the pc first. My parts should be here by Tuesday so I'll try to get some uploaded after. The pics aren't super quality but should suffice.

    Chemical Romance from Divine Genetics

I ran a full pack of Chemical Romance when Logic first dropped it. There were some variation but you can put the plants into two main phenotypes, the fruit and the funk. My understanding is the Sis brings in the fruit and the funk comes more from the #4. Yields were all good to excellent with a...

    favorite heirloom tomatoes

If you are going to venture into heirloom tomatoes then you should absolutely add a Brandywine to your list. It's the best flavored and balanced tomato I've had. They are big slicing tomatoes and grow on big gangly vines. A great paste or Roma type is the old Amish Paste variety. They are very...

    Kerr Widemouth Mason Jar Lids

Maybe check a small hardware store or a grocery store. I usually find all of my canning supplies there. The extra lids should be easy to find but you might have to look a bit harder for extra screw ring tops. Also double check the brand of jars. I have had small problems trying to use Kerr lids...

Viability of super soil in storage

You should have no issues at all. If you notice a sour smell you only need to spread the soil out into a pile and turn it over each day. After a few days it'll be back to nice fresh humus. I've regularly used soils that have sat around for six month without any issues.

CFL VS. T5 For Vegging.. NEED SOME TIPS

CFL bulbs are essentially T5 bulbs twisted around itself. Unless you just need to add a spot of light I recommend using the T5 fixtures and bulbs. One of the biggest things to look for in a T5 fixture is the reflectors. The small diameter of the bulbs helps their efficiency but you need...

    ColoradoChem's Chemical Romance

The girls look great man. Your CR#1 looks like the Chem Sister pheno I had out of these seeds. The CR#3 you have with the burnt rubber smells is the same one that I have kept. If I ever see these come back up on the Bay I'd pick up another pack to search for the Sister pheno again, it's got a...
