The key will be the distance between your canopy and lamps. You really need to hit the sweet spot for distance because the plants receive less overall intensity for shorter durations of time. But I'd imagine that if you did hit the sweet spot, it could actually help the plants grow faster...

Easy. Sleep in the living room and use the 3 rooms to grow. 2 Bloom Rooms and 1 Room for veg/clones/dryroom. You're going to have a hard time with no budget. Flower at night, vent the hoods and rooms so you don't need much AC.

It sounds like you have some experience with these window AC units. I have one with a fresh air feature, and it's closed, but CO2 seems to leak out. In your opinion, do you think there is less chance of CO2 leakage if I get units that do not have the fresh air feature?
