The little spring loaded reel, fishing line w/ a hook or 2. I use the ones that lock in place. They hang from little teacup hooks. You probably just have a few tall colas, those may work for ya.

Its been said b4 but the darker the better. When I throw some in the window I have a small glass that is covered w/ duct tape...top too, with a hole to drop the cutting thru. Slow but it works ina pinch...good luck
