Definitely not the lights or heat them. Do you have a pH or e.c. meter? I'd say pH test for sure to make sure that's not the issue but this looks like too much food, and w nutrient burn it's very difficult to tell which nutrient is responsible. Tone down your feedings to start.

The grow shops are for the most part snake oil salesmen. You can definitely get a good organic soil going with espoma amendments. You also most definitely don't need to flush in organic soil, as there's nothing to flush per se in the way one needs to with salt based fertilizers.

MD, definitely looks lkke nutrient burn. What is your method of growing/nutes? Also light power, room temp, and distance between bulb and plants, just to rule out this being intense bleaching and light burn.

Woodhorse Seeds worked Herijuana before Motarebel and others took it over. They put in quite a lot of work if I remember. If you saw a pendleton very long ago it was most likely a different Pendleton.

Espoma makes nice products. Their 5-3-3 is good for some, but I don't believe it to be a good match for cannabis' needs alone. A handful in an amended hole couldn't hurt however.
