Wet/dry, Flower/veg, 35mg Sample Size, Test For Cbd At Home (reliable And Accurate!)

They're not. CBD happens to be the most prevelant of them, giving the strongest reaction. You're actually the typical example of why people don't traffic this board much, and the reason I quit posting here until this one about the test. Doing my best to be helpful. This board has too many...

Wet/dry, Flower/veg, 35mg Sample Size, Test For Cbd At Home (reliable And Accurate!)

This is not the beam test, you can stop flogging that dead horse. It's reliable, in the fact it indicates CBD presence every time there's a testable amount. When the strain has significantly LOW amounts of CBD, there isn't any purple reaction. It's accurate, in the fact the color variation...

Awesome :) I'm just as excited, and I know it's going to take a while to percolate through the community. The end result is going to be fantastic. :) Thanks for posting all this up, every piece of detail we can use helps the rest of us. Rock on!

Bit more of a sample size than I'm using and I try to fill the vial at least 50% with the 91%. Need to get a good strong extraction from the sample. :) Sorry, haven't done any tests except one, and apparently the West Coast Sour Diesel has almost zero CBD. Nearly clear as a bell. lol

Wet/dry, Flower/veg, 35mg Sample Size, Test For Cbd At Home (reliable And Accurate!)

So sorry for the delay, the key with wet samples is using the same weight samples from the same parts of the plants. Wet samples should be approximately the same 'size' as a 35mg dry sample. Smaller and there may not be enough CBD for a reaction, larger and it messes up the test physically. I...

Wet/dry, Flower/veg, 35mg Sample Size, Test For Cbd At Home (reliable And Accurate!)

This is the result of some testing I did this evening. I waited till the sun went down, so all photos are the same light level. :) The Cannatonic and Blue Ox cross were grown from seed. No testing was done on them at the time, and the samples are at least a couple years old. Tsue is still...

ARGH! That should read 500mg of sodium hydroxide. I copied the note from the wrong test. Everything else is accurate and I'm unable to edit the OP. My apologies for any inconvenience. The 700mg gets warmer and you also end up with too much in the solution. The test is much clearer with 500mg...

Wet/dry, Flower/veg, 35mg Sample Size, Test For Cbd At Home (reliable And Accurate!)

You CAN do wet tests, the sample size has to be approximately the same size as the dry 35mg sample size. Too little and it won't indicate enough purple with low CBD samples, too much and it clogs up the test. LOL

Wet/dry, Flower/veg, 35mg Sample Size, Test For Cbd At Home (reliable And Accurate!)

I'm thinking a dry sample test is the most accurate. Cut samples of each plant, leaf from the same spot on each leaf, (enough for 3 tests of each), label and dry the samples completely. Powder/Crush the samples and weigh out exact measures of 35mg. Clean scissors, accurate measurements and...

Wet/dry, Flower/veg, 35mg Sample Size, Test For Cbd At Home (reliable And Accurate!)

Long time no see, ;) Someone posted a crude tech on how to test for CBD. The cannabis community desperately needs a quick and simple way to check for CBD, as well as a way to compare CBD levels of one plant to another. I spent a few weeks tearing the tech down and refining it. Please share...

    Whats Happening Here?

They do look ok. As long as they're solid, you should recover rather quickly. :) I'm leaving this forum. Your admin feels it necessary to allow immaturity to run rampant and to play games with their users. Good luck all.

    Whats Happening Here?

Tough times. It all depends on the root growth right now. If they're still pulling off easily and you don't have much healthy root mass, probably all over for them. :( Sorry I didn't catch the request for safely using h202 earlier. I would have recommended against it. Only a few ml/gallon of 3%...

With only 100ppm you have zero buffer. You should be using a nutrient strength appropriate for your light intensity. Good job on using r/o, you'll have great results with it. I'm not familiar with culture solutions, do they say anything about their mix being calcium or nitrogen deficient...

    Time To Harvest ?

Treat breeders information as a general guideline. Check trichomes yourself to determine precisely. It's rather easy to do, and quick. Pick up a cheap magnifying glass or scope, capable of 30x-60x magnification. Variable magnification makes things easier. Count several areas (on the flower...

    Holy Overfed Cannabis, Batman!

What a childish response. Quoting a boilerplate definition, as if it has any bearing on the subject. I've presented clear information, the only disconnect is the subtlety of the issue I'm speaking of. Anyone care to sum up the incorrect information posted in here? Since I'll certainly be the...
