I'm flowering soon, what inexpensive LED would you recommend for my 4' x 4' tent?

Hello, I am thinking of buying 2 of these for my 4' x 4' tent. Does anyone have any feedback they can give me on these? Though I realize maybe no one is using these, but some guidance on the wattage and how many to get for my tent...etc...
