    Illudium

Maybe it's geranium. Plant is ultra distinct in appearance. Short, very round and bluish leaves. Uniform, with rock hard nuggets at intervals of 4-8". Rarely needs supported, as she is quite rigid.

    Illudium

This was the story I was originally presented a few years ago, or similar. My tale was... Pre 98 x Nuke ( pre98 x blue Hawaiin) =Illudium I've tried for years to place the flavor. Coriander is one of the prevailing tastes i get consistently. shit really is indescribable. Shit is everywhere...

    Switch Bulbs ?

Defiantly don't count on it, dude. Your fluorescent ballast lacks the one ( or probably all) of the internal components needed to light that bulb. First one I can think of specifically that would make it impossible would be the ignitor. MH ballast lack the ignitor, and as such will not fire the...

closet grow: OG X MASTER KUSH 150w HPS

You may want to reconsider your nutrients program. The flora 3-part and the flora nova are both base ferts. I would either drop the nova and pick up the micro, or go with just the nova. You may be way overdoing her, there.

    Foliar Sprays

I like to alternate between a little fulvic acid, b52 and spray n' grow on one day, then with my last lonely pint of VHO on others.

    Best predator for gnats?

Natures control sells a gnat predator. Some kind of carnivorous mite. Or else predatory nematodes, which will eat the larvae. Adults only have a few days to live, at any rate. http://www.naturescontrol.com/flea.html#fgp

    600w ballest?

there's an entirely new generation of select-a-watt ballasts. Lumatek, Galaxy, and NextGen all have multi watt digitals.

need help getting right size fan.

I'd say the best thing to do would be to invest in two seperate fans. For your light, I assume it's a 6" AC hood, and therefore a six inch inline would probably be your simplist buy ( though maybe not the least expensive). I've cooled a 600 watt pretty well with a standard can 6", which was...

who makes the best COMBO METER

Hate to beat a dead horse... but i'm another bluelab advocate. pH is easy to calibrate, and TDS/EC/PPM probe is factory calibrated, no need to mess with that. The new Guardian's are pretty nice, if you have need for a constant read.

    Sure To Grow products??

Experimented with the clipper (clone puck) and ebb & grow inserts. Pucks retain far too much moisture ( in fact, we would use the water soaked clippers to water the cactus around the shop) and the inserts lack support. We've heard horror stories of inserts being pushed out of buckets during the...

ph up , whats a replacement

I second the silica. Barricade was the best, but for some reason or another advanced discontinued it. Rhino Skin or silica blast will help, as they share a common ingredient with most pHup, Potassium Silicate.

Can i use Grodan Rockwool cubes inside soil?

Howdy. You want to treat that rockwool like you would a soil starter plug. Soak it in treated water for a few hours, then gently squeeze it to get just a bit of moisture out. Pop your seed in that ( I would maybe refrain from putting the cube in the soil until you see roots). Once your sprout...

Can water from a Dehumidifier be used to water plants

It's not the actual quality of the water I would be worried about. It would be the container. The water that has been transpired and condensated( think condensation is the right process?) is probably very pure. The guts of the dehumidifier, on the other hand, may harbor all sorts of nasties...

Can water from a Dehumidifier be used to water plants

not entirely sure how low of a dilution rate would be beneficial safe, but it goes inactive in a matter of hours. I think if you had a reservoir to hold the water for a few days prior to using it, you could sterilize it with some super-oxy and give it a day for that rogue oxygen molecule to...

Can water from a Dehumidifier be used to water plants

Only thing i'd really be wary of is bacterial and fungal spores. A good shot of H2o2 would probably ease my mind.

    Bio Bizz or Fox Farm??

FoxFarm is nice and simple, and not terribly expensive. It'll see you through to the end (though you may run into magnesium trouble). big bloom is their only really organic nute. I'm interested in the Pura now, as well, though I'd like to try the General Organics line first.

    Aphids in November?

Aphids are a year long problem at my little hydro shop in Ohio. Even now, with temperatures dipping close to 30 degrees, they plague all of our peppers. They seem to laugh in the face of pyrethrin and neem. Where there is one, there are likely to be a great many in a short period of time. I...

    Leaves rusting!!!:(

I can't imagine epsom salt being a good thing to treat a calcium deficiency. It's typically more of an improvised method of treating lack of magnesium, which an abundance of calcium will "lock out". Oyster shell is a natural source of calcium carbonate, as is gypsum and eggshell.
