I read thru this fast. Are you using a chiller for the res... if not you will end up with issues... It is impossible to keep the water temps low in a hot room.

A seedling need humidity to live... until they have a healthy tap root they won't be able to survive without humidity in the air. If you are going to keep it low you must make sure to spray the seedling at least twice a day with water that is ph at 5.8 to 6.2... keep out of light when doing this
