Brown spots on 1 of 3 plants

They wont be on the leaves… thats spider mites. These are almost certainly russet mites. They will be at the nodes and where the leaves meet the stems. Look for what look like beige/yellow parts. That will be a mass of russet mites especially around the nodes. Some more good info and pics here...

Unfortunately or rather fortunately i have not had to treat for them. But tgere are some here who have successfully treated them. Being in flower will be more difficult and maybe not possible to eradicate them but atleast knock then back until they finish. Maybe do a search on threads here as i...

They are very hard to find and hard to treat also. I am 99% sure and i dont say that lightly so just keep that in the back of your mind. Like root aphids i have seen growers go multiple grows without noticing or finding them. There is the 1% i am unsure about but i would keeping looking because...

Yeah and this one. But even though they do biosynthesize their own add 1 gram to 100gal of water is not at a dose thats anything but beneficial and its a better option to products like seachem prime in some cery almost insignificant ways. For our uses any of those products will work fine...

Care to link them? In small quantities vitamin C is beneficial to plant and is included in many fertilizers. Again the poison is in the dose just as it is for every nutrient

Some nasty but probably the only one we really need to look at is Co2 as it will effect the PH. Ph usually increases about 0.2-0.4 over the first 24 hrs. Faster if aerated. This is because under pressure in a closed system and with the chlorine reaction with organics one byproduct is co2 which...

Its never that simple… its the dose that is the determining factor. Just as anything Nitrogen for example you can’t say its good or bad. Too much stunts plants, to little they are deficient. The same goes for chlorine/chloramine and vitamin C (ascorbic acid). You cannot over simplify it because...

And chloramine (which is what almost all municipalities use these days) cannot be off gassed and will remain in the water for weeks if not treated. again thats not a bad thing the volume water contains is if no concern. its funny because so many use different methods to remove it then add a...
