I was gonna plant maybe 15-20 beans hoping for 8 or 10 after culling males since I've read bogs gear tends to veg slow and doesn't stretch much. I've made diy top feed systems before but was looking to just buy something I can throw together quick. I guess I'll diy this one too and maybe try...
Hey farmers! I'm relatively new here so hello!
I'm planning out my bog seed grow I'm starting in a week or so and I've googled and googled but can't find anyone on the interwebs who has attempted to run earth juice with blumats. This is gonna be a straight coco grow and I liked the results I...
And if the larvae or adults spreading disease aren't a concern, which some make it out to be, then why do they bother fighting gnats in a commercial greenhouse growing tomatoes?
But they eat roots nonetheless. It'll fuck with your plants. Adults spread disease. Yet everyone is so quick to say it's a nutrient issue lol. What the fuck. If op is seeing a few flying around then I can almost guarantee he has larvae in his media. There might be other factors at play here but...
That DE is a pain in the ass. It's supposed to shred up the adults but I watch them walk all over it with no effect on them. Then when you go to water your plants it turns to paste.
Not enough details for anyone to answer. Need to know lighting, temp/RH, media, what you're feeding it etc. Just by looking at these pics to me it looks like salt buildup from using hydro nutes. You need to post better pics too.
This is only my 2nd time dealing with gnats and it was the same shit as the first time. I start wondering why the plants are drooping then a few days later I see them flying around and my plants have perked back up and the cycle continues. After awhile the fan leaves start looking like trash...
I'm having one of my worse grows ever right now and it's because of fungus gnats. The larvae munch on the roots and you'll see it in the leaves. I have one plant in particular that's especially affected. Not sure why they favor it more over the other 2. Anyway, I've been using azamax and...
After a couple weeks you're Golden. These plants have other issues and it's not overwatering. You're right tho. Let them keep going and see what happens. Flush and lightly feed and see if you can get them back on track. The worse that can happen is low yield or death. Just another learning...
