I spent $35 for 3 Critical Purple Autoflower seeds, including shipping.

I wasn't planning on growing Photoperiods but since I have nothing else in the window , besides lavender seeds, I would definitely be greatful

Today, is Liquid Fertilizer Day

I applied:

2 Drops of Superthrive 0.5-0-0
1 Pinch of Purpinator 0-2-4
1 Tad of Pump and Grow 1-1-1
1 Tad of Molasses (Microbe Food)
pH then was 4.87 so, we pH'd UP with
1 Smidgen of Baking Soda to achieve about 6.3 pH
1 Dash Microbes

You’re only going to get like a gram off that thing if it’s already pre flowering. If you got more seeds i would start poppin em for sure.

for exemple c4, blackberry and lsd 25, purple limonade have high ratio of phenotypes turning purple, they also have a few other purple strain check the harvest report with growdiaries to see how often they turn purple or not.

That seems like it's false advertising then.

Specifically advertised with Growers Choice as a strain that turns purple and they even use a photo of the advertised plant.

I'll have to reach out to Growers Choice and see why this review states this.

*But I just checked the site again and I guess it's depending really, some Growers aren't getting purple and some are. ....hmmm

Well I'm looking at that site now at the grow diaries and it looks like there's quite a few pictures of purple buds.

It seems like it just depends on the individual grower because as you know purple is in the genetics but you have to have the conditions right in order to get your buds to turn purple, temperature being a big factor.

I've been looking so far and I don't see anything that says it doesn't turn purple.

some strains will clearly turn purple early in flowering, not only "may be" fading "more or less" near the end depending phenotypes.

not exactly what i would call purple buds, just more or less fading on leaves and/or calyx here and there with some phenos

most of the diaries pics from that strain the week before harvest or harvest reports pics doesn't have much purple at all compared to some others strains

much more green than purple at all.

no some strain will express strong purple whatever the condition. even if that's true fading due to environnemental condition is also a thing.

as said pics from that strain in most diaries just before harvest and harvest report doesn't show much purple compared to some others strains imho.

(like c4, blackberry and lsd 25, purple limonade and etc. from fastbuds for exemple there is some other breeder that have one strong purple strain here and there, but overall that's fastbuds that has the most colorfull strains)

(and on a side note high ratio of purple phenos photoperiod strain are rarer on the seeds market than autoflower)
