I recentl decided I would go ebb and flow from soil...i have many soil runs under my belt and only one e&f and it was 7 or 8 years ago...I have 150 clones rooted and all the ones in rockwool appear to be withered..they are green growth is new on daily basis ...just no reach...i figured it was do to overwatering as rapid rooters havent taken to RW yet *been 6 days).....

then i was told it may be because I only soaked RW an hour in ph 5.5????? any advice

When I transplant into the 4" cubes I don't have to water for like a week sometimes 2 weeks. The 5.5 soak should be fine. Only for an hour maybe a problem unless you used a RW soak. When I use the Supernatural RW soak freshly transplanted clones will sometimes claw and be slow to take off so if you used SN that maybe the problem as well.
