That looks pretty cool! Did you buy a kit or DIY? How challenging would it be for someone that is mechanically inept?
DIY it's not to hard at all hardest part was equal pressure at the halos and I actually got someone on here to show me how to do it, went down did what he said and like clock work they all feed at the same pressure

That's where I got the idea from made some changes and ran with it

Nice. Well I'm just getting germ set up for run two. Doing in a bigger space with significantly more plants. I envision a situation where I'll be sick of hand watering a couple weeks into veg. I still have my real job to do after all and only so much time in a day. If I stop remote working and have to go in, an auto system will be crucial. Appreciate the pointers!

Lots of growth this week @ cat hair farms. Topped them both on Monday. Took a few days to recover, then started filling out. Feeling solid about the progress. I guess that's a benefit of not knowing any better lol.

Well stuff starting to get a little wild. Leaves piling on top of each other. Roots coming out the bottom/sides (air pruning is a good thing right?). Thinking I'll defoliate some today/tomorrow (low stuff that isn't getting light) and potentially flip in a week. Red bits are 90 degree trainers I'm using to spread stuff out.

One thing I'm getting more concerned about is humidity during lights off. I spent the past month doing all I could to raise humidity. Now I'm going to have to lower it. Ordered a dehumidifier, so hoping that'll work. Slightly more complicated since I have two tents in my room and don't vent outside. I do have an AC unit though, so can sorta vent outside. But its not the best you unit, doesn't have an auto feature or a programable timer. Other tent will be in veg. So will probably keep room at 50 and use humidifier/dehumidifiers to then keep the individual tents at 40-50 and 50-65. I guess the defoliating can help with humidity due to less transpiration via less leaf mass? Idk, I'm a dummy haha. It's also getting warmer here, so central air will kick on more. I'm sure that'll help keep humidity lower.

Feedback is welcome.

The other option would be to train the branches out horizontally, rather than cut off any leaves.

Feel like I'm getting close to flipping. Defoliated a chunk past few days. Think I'll let the canopy even out a bit, defoliate some more after that, let them rest a few days, and then flip. I hate cutting stuff off, but I don't see any other way to have decent airflow and manage humidity.

It is going down over here at Cat Hair Farms. Thinned them out a bunch, let them chill a couple days, and flipped the light schedule. Definitely seeing that growth. I think I got to them before they got too tall, but time will have to tell.

Round two catching up fast (outside of the freak). I think combo of potting up and better genetics. The Ethos Airplane Glue freebie is going bananas. Topped them all, but don't think I'll do as much LST. I want to get to flower as I'm already gonna have more than I know what to do with and have other strains to try. Once both tents clear, I can do some rearranging and get a perpetual system going.

I'm somewhere between thinking I'm starting to figure some of this out and having no clue what I'm doing lol.

I'm planning on trying it, the plans on coco for cannabis aren't bad and there are a few people on here who have built them with success.

So since I made that comment, I figured some ways to make it a little easier on myself. At this point I like the hand watering. It's relaxing and a main part of doing this was to have an active hobby. So on the fence about auto watering (for me) atm.

That's how I started, now my girls need to be fed twice a day and they're not even in week 2 of flower yet. Lots of hand watering coming up.

I feed all of mine twice a day haha. Running a half gallon through per feed on the big ones and .2-.25 per feeding in the smaller ones. Switching to 12/12 actually made watering easier since confined to a smaller time frame. Once big ones got bigger not too much of an issue. The lollipopping (sp) opened up space so can reach all over. Then I put some caps to lift the stands up so they slightly slant forward. Using a battery pump to remove most water then follow up with a 250ml syringe with a little hose attached. Probably around 10-15min to mix nutes, water, and drain. Maybe I'll get sick of it after a few grows, I concede that point.

You're killing it brother. Got the hang of coco quick

Thank you! Learning a bit everyday, but still figuring out the basics. Since been a week, I guess I'll post some updated pics

Black Widow on F28 in the smaller tent.

Mimosa Evo (back left/front right), Glookies (back midle/front left), and Airplane Glue (back right) at F11. Back left Evo was messed up for every other node until I topped it. Almost tossed it, but now going nuts (height wise).

These pantry wire racks a game changer for hand watering. Little too much extra height, but I can flip over and prop up on something shorter in a pinch.

So I'm estimating mid May on the black widow and mid June on the others (all have relative same flowering time). Fingers crossed, knock on wood, and all that jazz.

edit - cat hair. I've never let my cats into that room, only open tents to water, and have little mesh covers on my ducting for air intake. There is hair every where still! And I'm bald, so it's not mine. I give up lol.

Your plants are looking great.

I'm running an Autopot system with coco and it works great. I don't fill up the resevoir and it's still days between waterings. I run the tent open a little to let heat out.

Dog hair issue at my place ;-).
