My camera sucks best pics I could get.
Awesome job.....it looks like you got it......maybe leave just a touch more stub or stem for a durability factor....not too much more.....My camera sucks best pics I could get. View attachment 2043288View attachment 2043289
I say experiment away my friend!I was expecting some delay in growth after this but I'm not seeing it. I'm starting to question all this talk about what you shouldn't do with autos.
I have a small veg area that I try and keep them as short as possible till the flower area opens up.......Perfect.... or you can screw up like me and just take everything off.... (joke--I had a little bad luck tying down branches.)
Looks great....topping is healthy for the plant....not literally, but ......She is doing greatglad I did this. Couple pics of the crit Kush Im growing as well. Just watered so they look a little droopy, but still pretty.

That is a work of art......given time, it'll turn into a great structure......unless it's an auto.......let's not go there ........
I'm going to try my hand at lst again. Hopefully it goes better than my first attempt. Thanks man, yeah I'm in a very small space 18 " x 18" x 36 inches. I'm hoping she'll have two or four beefy arms for a manifold soon. Without leaves, the progress is slow.
Now that I think about it, whats the OP's plan? Manifold? LST? Multiple toppings?, SCROG? I'm thinking if this is a first time attempt, a SCROG net it the way to go. Ive had great results bending the main stem 90 degrees with a net.
Heres mine a few days later, she's struggling but I think she'll (or he'll) make it. Regular seed, non Fem Master Kush
That is the spirit......I've trained, maimed, and killed these plants.....it is a crucial part to learn .....I'm going to lst it

Oh no! That sux man. Shit happens to good people. At the very least you are more experienced for your next grow. βΊWell I didn't even get a chance to lst it. I was going to start today and when I took it out of the corner it's in I got it caught on the fan and dropped itit broke pretty bad. I don't think I should do it now. I'll wait for next run I guess. If that branch doesn't make it Im just going to start over I
it's the one on far left. I couldn't brace it with the sticks I have because I needed another set of hands. Was trying to keep the branch from snapping completely off. Dam it I want to

I would like to do that but I'm stuck growing in this tiny corner in my house. 3 plants all different stages of growth to. So things are not exactly perfect at the momentMan, I hope my bad luck training didnt pass to you ! I lost two limbs (main manifold) which is why my plant looks so mangled. If I were you I'd use a net to start tucking those long branches down. (after she heals of course)..Not sure if ts too late to do this but I think you could.
Plant looks healthy, a little lankier than I like but that may be the strain. Without a net she may really start reaching for the heavens soon.. (super stretch week 1-4 of flower. If you have the vertical space no worries, but plan for x2 height after flipping flower.
Here is an example of a scrog net being used to weave the nodes vertically so that they are close to equal height. This is week 9 (week 4 flower) one plant, one of my newbie grows. I wound up with 2.5 ounces with less than 100 watts of light and the bud is amazing !
Notice the flat top of all foliage and flowers instead of a pointy Xmas tree with one big cola. In my opinion, this is key to getting the best quality from all of your flowers.
