Hey everyone! Just starting up my second grow. Currently I have 2 autos in 1 earthbox, in build a soil light. 1 seed is a white label GG#4 auto and the other is the night owl popesicle. I have them under 2 vivosun vs1000 at 50% and will be increasing light intensity over the next week or so. I want to push these autos hard in organic soil and put this method to the test. I liked the idea of the organic set and forget for the colder months. So far the only issue is fungus gnats... let me know what you think! Have a great weekend everyone!

Good morning! Just figured I would drop a couple of update pics. I'm going to top dress with some work castings and do a slight top watering. They are at about 400 ppfd. Let me know what you think!

I see pics in your first post. Remember what Jeremy said, for best results start developing those top feeder roots now with top dressings so they are ready to eat right away. Looking forward to seeing your success✌️

Yep, nice! Did you start the seeds in the Earthbox? Jeremy said that his mustard seed meal takes care of the fungus gnats:

I didn't, I have the worst luck losing seed to soil so I popped them in solos, and transplanted way early ( as soon as roots touched bottom. Fortunately the gnats drowned themselves in the humidifier lol!

Yeah, that's why I asked because as I'm sure you've seen in this seasons grow, Jeremy triggered a couple of his Earthbox auto's early by starting them in solo's and transplanting them too late. But it sounds like you're hip based on your getting them transplanted early. ✌️

I figured I better get to training. Here's a couple of the beginning pulls! I think they look killer so far. Once they recover from the training I'm going to up the light intensity to around 550 ppfd, and try to kick them into high gear before the potential flip. Let me know what you think!

Day 39: Just got back from a business trip, and this is the current status of the ladies. There was some huge growth this past week, only issue is its almost too simple lol! 3 gallons of water lasted them about a week. So far the earthbox has been phenomenal, just a little top dress and water down the hole!

Flower has officially begun! Did a topdress of some craft blend mixed with BS light and worm castings and sprinkled some DE on the surface to try to keep the gnat population down! There appears to be some nice mycelium growing under the cover (beautiful white growing on top) also did some defol so the ladies can breathe a little better. Let me know what you think! Day 45
