My first crop went great even though I topped them and over trimmed.
I will be growing these seeds which are exactly the same as the first grow without topping or over trimming to see the difference.
There will be 2 differences then the first grow.
1) automatic watering system
2) coco coir instead of soil
I haven't started using the watering system yet I will start using it when the seedling pops out.
I'm not sure how often and how much at a time I will be setting it so there will be trial and error for sure.
I still soaked seeds in water for 24hrs and planted directly into 3 gallon pots.
I try to maintain 24 to 26c heat.
Humidity 70 to 75 for seed then drop to 55 to 60 for veg and 45 to 50 for flower.
I have 2 small oscillating fans but only use 1 as I feel 1 is enough in a 4x4 tent.
I use my exhaust to maintain Humidity.
In the winter I use a small oil filled radiator to maintain heat.
I live in canada so winters get cold.
Im curious if these plants will be better this time as everyone says not to top autoflowers but i did and they produced a pretty good crop.
I will try not to forget to update all the way through the grow this time lol.
