ehh, they aren't perfect. #2 is having the greatest issues but not a failure yet. the others appear to be picking up pace. i'm really gonna love seeing some sweet bud develop when i flower.Aah they are looking good! I think you are gonna get better results than in the last grow![]()
from what i can tell it's very likely overwatering still. what i am doing is observing how all the plants are doing as to soil moisture visually. the oregon grape is hands down the healthiest and the most aggresive growth. i am doing my best to use it as a reference for how much water is applied to the other plants. #1 seems to be doing much better and is as well becoming more aggresive. at this point i am going to water #2 less than i have been, i think that should work. it seems to be working for the other plants. i'm guessing that what is happening to #2 is the overwatering complicating it's grow, likely causing cascading issues that are giving me what looks like multiple visual symptoms. given the way i am being able to correct #1 as much as i have it would seem sensible. i'll know in about a week in order to see how it progressess.Do you think all the yellowing that is not on the bottom is still being caused by overwatering? If not there must be another reason. For the lower leaves it might be nutes but if you have yellow leaves above nodes where the leaves are green it must be watering or PH since your light is not close enough to cause that.
to be honest the ferts i have give measurements i don't do as i don't have any way to process the way they measure the fert amounts per soil amounts. i have been adding a small amount of ferts in with some spare soil and top dressing with that. at this point until i am sure i have completely eliminated the overwatering issue i'm going to hold off on adding any more ferts. i can't believe it's a nute deficiency at this point as the soil had a good deal of composted matter as well as a mild amount of ferts mixed in with the potted soil. #3 and the og would appear to reinforce this assumption as they have been watered much less and are doing quite well. They look a bit hungry, are you feeding something? If not it will keep progressinglike you said Im worried about number 2 mostly, the rest are fine, but it seems like theyre getting hungry too, the yellowing keeps progressing even if slower. Does the bag fertillizer you have gives you instructions on how much to use for top dressing?
#2 does appear to have relapsed into a more rapid degadation than it was starting to do before i watered it again so i need to let it dry out more. it is also the plant that still has more water weight than any of the other plants at this time. the #1 is starting to take on a much healthier green color. now i have to keep an eye on how it progressess in order to improve it's overall health. i am skeptical as to ph at this point given how #1 is improving.Do you think all the yellowing that is not on the bottom is still being caused by overwatering? I love the size and structure of your buds, it appears to be dense as well. Attached is an example of what I get, they are spaced apart and not very meaty. Suggestions on what I could do?
unfortunately all but the 1st grow here has been somewhat horrible. the plants from that grow were grown with the sun most of the day for a month and then set inside under an inexpensive setup (lights around $75, roughly $25 per light) for flowering. i used a 50/50 backyard soil, purchased compost mix with a very small amount of organic fertilizer. i would consider it had to do with the seed genetics and i gotta imagine was fairly palatable growing conditions.I love the size and structure of your buds, it appears to be dense as well. looking at the leaves it does appear as if there might be some issues which might be stalling the plants development. something which i have had a good deal of since september.I love the size and structure of your buds, it appears to be dense as well. Those buds are still in mid flower or little bit more, no orange pistils yet, they still need to fatten, just have patience, the last weeks is where they fatten the most. Also what soil, light and feeding?I love the size and structure of your buds, it appears to be dense as well. Attached is an example of what I get, they are spaced apart and not very meaty.
