5 wks flowering Gnats in hydroton

I'm 5 weeks into flowering and have another table in the same room on wk 3 flowering. These bugs seemingly appeared out of no where. I just noticed them everywhere. I put tons of sticky paper around and caught what must be hundreds or thousands. I tried digging through the hydeoton but I see no crawlers or anything for at least the 1st 2-3 inches down. But they are everywhere. Coming out of the drain holes in the pots.

How do I get control of this before I lose a crop? They def have infected the second table by now also. The plants don't seem to be bothered yet.

Looking online all I find is people jumping around with suggestions but no clear answer. Please help

Also I started my own thread cause no one in others sticks to what the person asked. I use hydroton top drip hydro growing. So please don't mention things unless they work for this medium.
