707 Roots organic questions?

So I’m about to do my first outdoor grow and I have a question. Would 3 cubic feet of 707 Roots organic with 1 cubic foot of cow manure/compost and 1 cubic foot of mushroom compost be an okay mix? I will top dress with Dr. Earth flower girl later on if needed and do compost teas. Will this work okay or will have to add anything?
