A bit of help, please. Good herb and Everclear. So I cooked off a lot of the Everclear. I am left with brown "juice" with big brown spots" floating

Tinture was made with Everclear. I reduced it, using slow cooker method. Now I have brown liquid with big dark brown blobs floating in it. How do i dose this, and is all thecm potent stuff in the blobs? Will oil bring this separation together? First time making a tinture. Thanks!
