Let me introduce myself.
I am a 50 year old medical marijuana patient that grows his own medicine.
I have been self employed most of my adult life and in being so, I didnt have the choice of good insurance.
I didnt have the luxury of getting a script of pain killers to fix my owies.
So I took care of myself.
I have grown cannabis for over 30 years.
About half that time in hydro and the other in dirt.
I am currently in dirt and will probably stay here until my growing days are over.
I have been a patient for the last 4 years along with my common law wife.
We each caretake for one patient so we are working with a 60 plant limit.
If you ask me, its still not enough, but I guess will have to do until the laws change.
I hope to add more to this post as time allows.
Im sure this will not be as organised as many journals out there, but will try and present a nice pictorial of what Im working on...or atleast part of my projects.

These are actually made by Red Eye not Billy Goat. I mislabeled them.
I hope to add to the journal as the plants mature..

Let me just say I had the UW cut back in the early 80's and this gal is exactly what I had back then.
Shes the real deal.
I got a freebie seed called Critical Plus.
It turned out to be one of those "Holy Grail" type of smoke.
I feel so lucky to have found this gem.

Heres some finished shots of the Cinderella-99.
She had a very interesting flavor,..or I would have to say a mix of flavors.
I tasted peaches slightly on the inhale, but on exhale, it was a touch of pineapple.
Very sweet medicine and moving to the top of favs fast.
This pheno doesnt seem to have the paranoid effect in its high.
I have tested her with other patients and so far no reports back of this trait.
She has a very heady high and would be good to work around the house with..or even enjoying company on a lazy sunday.
Seems to be no ceiling in the high, although if you take too much, she will put you to sleep without tucking you in .
Pretty good for all around medicine, slight pain relief too. I need to do more testing to give a final verdict.
But I definately can see why Cinderella-99 is that mythical and elite strain of past ages.
I have another pheno in flower right now, will be interesting to compare the two.

My favorite phenotype of this strain.
I grew her out once already and really loved her effect.
She reminds me of candy when shes done.
Pics are about 4 weeks flower.
I bought these seeds last year from Reeferman.
I had friends that used to tell me about the legend of Big Sur Holy Weed.
I needed to see what the hype was all about.
I guess this is one of the old school strains that was around a couple of decades ago.
These pics were done right before cutting them down. There are atleast 2 distinct phenos so far.
One has a very tight, thin bud structure with a sparse resin profile, the other is sprinkled with a light touch of sugar.
The one that has a better resin profile smells of lemons and....and...something else. I cant put my finger on it yet.
I will report back with a smoke report after dry and a short cure.

Heres the first of my crosses. Actually its the first Ive posted on the net.
I had a very nice stable Blueberry male that I used for stud at the start of my breeding program. He is no longer around, but he made his mark and his genetics are the base of my work.

The female I used was a female White Indica plant from Ceres Seeds.
I was very impressed with the uniformity, structure, smell, taste and resin production this strain.
I did an open pollenation of my P-1 stock. This gave me this cross in the pics.
Im not sure if Im going to keep her around yet. More will be known after drying and cure. for structure and vegetative vigor, she has it all.
She is also mite and mildew resistant.

Heres a cross the other way around.
I used DJ Short Blueberry as the mom, and as the dad, I used a mix of 3 different white indica pollen from Ceres seed.
She smokes allot like her mom(DJ Short pre-99 Blueberry) but she doesnt kill your lungs.
She expands slightly but the smoke is reported back to me as very smooth and most of my patients actually like her better than mom.
She has more of a floral scent and flavor than mom. Mom is strickly Blueberry nothing else, but with this one, you have this sense that you are eating a spoonful of blueberries with a sweet flower as the spoon. I know it makes no sense, but once you taste her, you will know what I mean.
Her effects are a cross of heady and body stone.
If taken in moderation, you can operate on her without any problems, but if you wish to use her for sleep or relaxation, you just need to take an extra hit...or two.
I am very happy with this pheno and one I consider a keeper.
I hope you may soon try her yourself.
She has one minor flaw. She will throw a nanner very late in flower, and so far, I suspect the nanners are not viable. I have not had a seed made from this process yet.
