About 2 or 3 weeks left?? Selective cutting??

I'm a brand new grower and from research on here and web I still have couple questions.
1. I'm guessing about 2 or 3 weeks left on this girl? Please let me know what you think, after all I'm guessing...lol..
2. Can I just harvest the buds that are ready and leave the tiny buds at the bottom of the plant to continue growing?

I think your plant has at least 3 weeks, maybe more. When new pistils are showing up, it means they're still growing. Don't short-change yourself. You've done a great job and have a beautiful plant.
