About to make my first Nutes....

Hi guys, I'm just about to make my first batch of DIY nutrients and want to make sure the recipe I found is a good one ? I don't do hydroponics, all my plants are in fabric pots with ProMix and i'm trying to duplicate a typical Grow A/B, Bloom A/B nutrient you buy from the store, Like Dutch Nutrient Formula Etc. Am i missing anything? do the values seem ok? once I make this Gallon of nutrients, do I dilute it? I also have some Potassium Nitrate, but Im not sure where, when or how much? i've read Fatmans thread on nutrients but I cant seem to figure it out, any guidance would be appreciated. Veg Formula
-calcium nitrate 1-1/2 tsp for gallon
- Potassium Phosphate 1/4 tsp per gallon
- Potassium Sulphate 1/6 tsp per gallon
-Magnesium Sulphate 1/4 tsp per gallon
-Chelated trace elements 1/10 tsp per gallon

Bloom Formula
-calcium nitrate 1 tsp for gallon
- Potassium Phosphate 1/2 tsp per gallon
- Potassium Sulphate 1/8 tsp per gallon
-Magnesium Sulphate 1/4 tsp per gallon
-Chelated trace elements 1/10 tsp per gallon

Use a gram scale and not tsp.
