I transferred these seedling from solo cup into this 3 gallon container. I am now realizing i didnt add enough soil, should i remove plant and then add soil to top and replant? Been growing about 3 weeks. Just curious if it will grow better if i add soil and allow roots to reach further down into soil.

You can transplant tall seedlings deeper to cover up the extra stem, but the plant in the pictures looks okay to my rookie eyes 🤷‍♂️

I just up potted these, see how there’s still a lot of stem? Could have gone deeper.

Suggestion, remove some of the lower branches. Backfill with soil .

A way to add soil with minimal shock to the plant ✌️

Its photo. So i can cut lower branches and backfill or just leave it wont cause any issues?
You'll be fine cutting some of the lowest branches and then back-fill like others have suggested. I would go ahead and do that to the plant in the first picture. I would let the other younger smaller plants grow a bit before cutting the lower most branches because they don't have many leaves yet. It might take another week or so on the others.

Edit: LOL. looks like the younger smaller plants belong to someone else.
