Thanks for the vote of confidence! I try to only speak from experience and avoid confrontation. Unfortunately, I have a zero tolerance bullshit detector. I try to remind myself to ask a lot of questions instead of just getting defensive. It's much easier to find common ground that way. Sometimes I get really smart answers that change my mind and make me realize I was wrong. Sometimes I get what happened here.
