Algit Norwegian Kelp Meal

I have like 5lbs of this stuff got 19 gurls rockin under 1k, i just flipped my gurls 3 days ago, can i only mix the meal with the soil? or is their a way i can add it now maybe a tea or sumn?....

like what? i have a bloom formula im going to add im feeding pure water for 2 weeks than switching to nutes that promote flowers. i figured feed some norwegian tea the first time than water a few days next feed start my bloom ....
